Černý Vůl is a part of Statenice, located just a couple of kilometers from the Prague border, and has easy access to the centre. Either driving by car, or by regular buses to the metro station at Bořislavka. The local area is very green, plenty of possibilities for recreation on foot or bike, there is also a good deal of amenity including restaurants and pubs, and of course the famous Únětice brewery. There is a good choice of schools in Únětice, Velké Přílepy and Horoměřice, and also with easy access to the international schools in Prague 6.
The running costs are about 10,000 CZK/month, and this includes the communal charge of the swimming pool and tennis court.
